INTRODUCING THE NEW SEASONAL CAMPSITES 

Fifteen of our new seasonal campsites are available for the opening of the 2008 Season.  We expect to have at least 10 additional completed early in the season for a total of 25 by years end.  There will be a total of 35 seasonal sites in this section.  All sites are approximately 55' X 70", and can hold any size RV or Park Model trailer up to the Legal Limit of 400 square feet.  Decks up to 225 square feet are permitted.  All of these sites have water and 20/30/50 amp electrical pedestals.  All of these sites are equipped with 300 gal transfer tank.  These tanks are connected to your waste water / sewer connection on your trailer, and are pumped out at your request for a fee of $15.  Our experience is that a family of 4 will fill up the tank in 8-10 days.  A couple who are careful about water usage will need to have the tank emptied after 20 days.  Only fully self contained RVs and Park Models are permitted in this section of the campground.  Spotting and setup fees apply to Park Model Trailers.  Pictures are not yet available for all of these sites
